Can you imagine weather almost in the 80s in February?! Well we enjoyed the incredible weather and
had a great round of golf at this year's Presidents Cup held at Santa Teresa Golf Course. With
little wind and good course conditions, players took advantage and shot some really good scores. Reico Cruz
played a really solid round and finished with a net 65 to win the tournament. A Flight Low Net went to Dan Sutter
while B Flight Low Net went to Ted Hammam. Runners-Up in the A Flight were John Abate and Keith Sasaki. Runners-Up
in the B Flight were Stan Yanaga and Yvonne Owyeong. Yvonne also won Ladies' Long Drive while Gary Lawson
won it for the men. Fewest Putts for A Flight went to Bud Adler and B Flight went to Ted Hammam.
Longest Putt also went to Ted when he sank a long winding putt of over 52 feet on the last hole!
Closest To The Pin Winners were Justin Collins, Loree McQueen, Joan Ross and Dan Sutter. Justin's was a
mere 4 inches as it hit the pin and almost dropped in for an Ace! Nice job everybody.
